                Mid-Day Meditation In-Person
Join us in person at the library on the last Monday of the Month for this ongoing monthly meditation practice and study group. Those who are new to meditation as well as those who have already established their practice are welcome. Make space in your day to join with others in the community to share a practice that will refresh your mind and your heart. There will be time for discussion as well as guided meditation. Learn strategies to make meditation a part of your daily life, and connect with resources at the library to support you.
Our facilitator, Larisa Eastman, studied in the Meditation Teacher Training Program at the Temple of Kriya Yoga in Chicago.
