Movie Mania Subscription Box In-Person

Are you a movie lover but overwhelmed by the vast array of movies at the library? Let us help! Register for a Movie Mania Box AND complete this questionnaire by the 20th of each month, and we will custom-select four dvds/blu-rays just for you. You will be notified by email when your box is ready, and you will have one week to pick it up. The box will also contain a couple of surprises for you to enjoy. Bring the videos and box back when they are due, but the rest is yours to keep!
