Gentle Yoga In-Person

All are welcome to this weekly, one hour practice which is designed to welcome beginners as well as experienced practitioners.  Bring awareness to your breathing, build strength and flexibilty and experience deep relaxation and be a part of building mindfulness in our community.  Bring your own mat or borrow one of ours.
