Following a successful Technician Course this summer, the Wisconsin and Illinois Radio Enthusiasts return to offer more in-depth learning opportunities for both new and returning participants. This course will explore a variety of amateur radio topics, from equipment and licensing to emergency communication and on-air protocols.
