Writing it Out: Self-Awareness and Self-Care Through Journaling In-Person

Start the new year with a gift to yourself!  Learn how a journal can help you with self-awareness, self-compassion, emotional regulation, and self-care.  Some simple, creative exercises will get you started.  No writing experience is necessary!  The instructor is a licensed clinical social worker and author of six books on journaling.
