Pandemic stress is hitting everyone - with fatigue, restlessness, and anxiety. If you feel like you need a break, you’re not alone! While there are many things we can’t change, we can work on helping ourselves and our families manage the tension. This workshop series, Beating Stress, offers practical at-home tools and activities to help you through. The instructor is a licensed clinical social worker and author of 18 self-help books for kids, teens and adults, including two international best-sellers. She specializes in treating anxiety.
