Movie Mania Subscription Box In-Person

Are you a movie lover but overwhelmed by the vast array of movies at the library? Let us help! Register for a Movie Mania Box AND complete this questionnaire by the 20th of each month, and we will custom-select four dvds just for you. You will be notified by email when your box is ready, and you will have one week to pick it up. The box will also contain a couple of surprises for you to enjoy. Bring the dvds and box back when they are due, but the rest is yours to keep!
