Blues Guitar from Mississippi to Chicago In-Person
Chicago Blues Hall of Fame inductee Donna Herula will sing and play acoustic blues slide guitar and will be joined by Marc Edelstein on upright bass and Tony Wittrock on guitar/mandolin for a fun show. They will perform a variety of blues styles and songs of the Deep South that developed into Chicago Blues. They will also talk about the artists that made these music styles popular. In addition, they will play original songs from Donna’s album "Bang at the Door" that won "Best Acoustic Blues Album" at the 2022 Independent Blues Awards.
